When receiving customer needs, we will immediately arrange PM or technical window, with the customer for further needs interviews. And according to demand, provide quotes and contracts for customers to review, and after signing, the formal startup of the project development can be processed.
According to customer needs for detailed requirement analysis, then converted into hardware and software requirements specifications, and provide functional specifications to the customer to confirm. After confirming with customer, the hardware and software system design is started according to the specification and executed by engineer. And finally by the test department to test to find the hardware and software throughout the design process problems and be amended. The whole testing process is mainly divided into three parts: unit test, functional test and system integration test.
According to the acceptance of the contract specifications, we deliver the relevant information for customers to carry out acceptance testing. After the completion of the acceptance of the contract, we can start the maintain service. During the maintenance period, we will be responsible for the investigation and maintenance work of the project, and provide updated version.
